Colby began his journey at Chapel Hill Tire as a General Service Technician, mastering the fundamentals of automotive care through hands-on experience with oil changes and tire installations. His dedication and commitment to excellence quickly became apparent, leading to promotions as General Service Lead, Associate Technician, and Parts Coordinator. Today, Colby serves as the Store Manager at the Hillsborough Road location, where he leads with a focus on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Colby believes in fostering a workplace that feels like family. He embodies the company values by striving for excellence, supporting his team, and saying “yes” to both customers and colleagues.
Outside of work, Colby enjoys spending time with his rescue dog and his family. His passion for both the automotive industry and community drives Chapel Hill Tire forward.
